This state park centers around Cave-In-Rock, a natural cave and geologic wonder with a colorful history that includes river pirates. The park has attractive waterfront from which free ferry service across the Ohio River is available. The heavily wooded park also has hiking trails, playgrounds, large picnic shelters, picnic tables and grills, and more than 50 campsites. Cave-In-Rock Restaurant and Lodge offers fine southern-style cooking and the Lodge features four duplex guest houses.
